“Brighten, hydrate, and soothe your skin naturally with the power of honey and turmeric.”

Honey & Turmeric Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon honey (preferably raw or organic)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon plain yogurt or milk (for added hydration)

Benefits:

  • Honey is a natural humectant, drawing moisture into the skin, while also having antibacterial properties that help treat and prevent acne.
  • Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and brightening properties, helping reduce acne scars, dark spots, and uneven skin tone.
  • Yogurt or Milk contains lactic acid, which gently exfoliates dead skin cells, leaving your skin smooth and glowing.

How to Use:

  1. Mix the honey and turmeric into a paste. If using yogurt or milk, add that to the mixture.
  2. Apply an even layer to your clean face, avoiding the eye area.
  3. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Rinse off with warm water, gently massaging your skin to exfoliate as you rinse.

Frequency: Use 1-2 times per week for best results.

This mask is known for its ability to reduce inflammation, brighten the complexion, and give your skin a radiant glow. However, be cautious with turmeric as it can stain clothing and leave a slight yellow tint on the skin (which fades quickly).
